With this mind/body connection being my mission, my approach is to blend intentional, therapeutic touch with techniques that help your nervous system feel safe and grounded. My massage style is slow-paced and intuitive to ensure that every muscle is being released and restored to its restful state, allowing the brain to return to a sense of ease as well. I tailor each session to what your body needs at that time. I integrate a variety of modalities into my massage sessions, such as: myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, sports massage and neuromuscular therapy. I also specialize in prenatal and postpartum massage. If needed, I will often incorporate different tools into my sessions, such as: cupping, aromatherapy, hot stones, heated muscle scraping and a warm neck and foot compress. To assist in calming the nervous system and increasing muscle pliability, a table warmer is included. My pricing is all-inclusive, meaning no tipping and no extra charges at check out, what you see is what you pay. I have two options: 1) In-office massage sessions at 1441 York Street, Suite 100-5, Denver, CO 80206. 2) Mobile massage sessions where I travel to your location. I provide the massage table (with table warmer), sheets, blanket, lotion and music. I will need a space measuring about 6'x9' and a power outlet located nearby. Note: The mobile massage prices reflect a fee to travel within the Denver Metro area. Appointments booked outside of this area may incur an additional travel fee. I book out 2-4 weeks in advance.
